Ashiatsu: The therapist uses her body weight in her feet to give broad, deep pressure. This is my favorite modality to perform.

Swedish: Promontes relaxation. Outtermost muscle work and promotion of the movement of lymph and blood.

Deep Tissue: Deeper muscle work.

Deep Massage (David Lauterstein method): Energy and health work.

Body Mobilization Techniques: Opens and loosens joints and muscles around joints.

Cupping: Flushes focus area and breakup scar & fibrotic tissue.

Hot Stones: Involves care placement and massage with stones to quickly relax muscles an bring heat into the body.
